- Cancellations made by customers may attract a flat cancellation charge of Rs 50 if with in 12 hours of scheduled appointment time.
- Kleenkatz reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services based on availability or operational issues.
- In case of cancellation by Kleenkatz, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
- Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.
- Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Kleenkatz.
