1. Interpretation and Definitions
Definitions:
- Country refers to the Republic of India.
- Company (referred to as "Kleenkatz", "we", "us", or "our") refers to Kleenkatz Mobile Car
Wash.
- Device means any internet-enabled device such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
- Service refers to the mobile car wash and vehicle detailing services provided by Kleenkatz
via website,
mobile application, or phone booking.
- Terms and Conditions (also referred to as "Terms") mean the agreement governing your
use of the Service.
- You refers to the individual or legal entity using our Service.
2. Acknowledgement
By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms
and our Privacy
Policy. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using our services.
3. Services Overview
Kleenkatz Mobile Car Wash provides vehicle cleaning, detailing, and grooming services at
customer-specified locations. Services can be booked via our app, website, or customer
support team.
4. Pricing and Payments
- Service pricing may vary based on location, vehicle type, selected package, and condition
of the vehicle.
- All payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways.
- Kleenkatz shall not be responsible for any payment disputes between the customer and
payment processors.
- GST and other applicable taxes may be levied in addition to the service price.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made by customers may attract a flat cancellation charge of 100.
- Kleenkatz reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services based on availability or
operational issues.
- In case of cancellation by Kleenkatz, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
- Refunds are processed within 7 10 business days. Refund decisions are at the sole
discretion of Kleenkatz.
6. Rescheduling and Delays
- Service timing may be impacted by unforeseen delays (e.g., traffic, weather).
- Customers may request rescheduling at least 2 hours prior to the original slot.
- Kleenkatz may postpone or modify the schedule based on availability.
7. Liability and Limitations
- Kleenkatz is not liable for any pre-existing damage to vehicles or accessories.
- It is the customer's responsibility to remove valuables from their vehicles prior to service.
- In the event of service dissatisfaction, our liability shall be limited to the service fee paid.
8. Use of Service
- You agree to use the service lawfully and not for any unauthorized purposes.
- You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement.
9. Third-Party Links
Kleenkatz may link to third-party websites or tools. We do not control or take responsibility
for the content,
practices, or availability of such external resources.
10. Modification of Terms
Kleenkatz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service
after changes
implies acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Applicable Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Courts in the
jurisdiction of our
registered office shall have exclusive authority over disputes.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder will remain in
effect.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion for
